Serving Suggestion
Loose-leaf instructions: Make a decoction using half an ounce of whole herb to 32oz of water. Half an ounce of whole herb measures one-third of a dry cup. A 500g bag will make about 100 servings.
Extract serving suggestion: Consume 1-2 grams per a day. Mix in the non-dairy drink of your choice. For example, blend 2 grams into a smoothie, add to a large mug of tea, or dissolve 1 gram into 8oz of water. Drink twice a day.
