Here’s my favorite antivirus immune support smoothie recipe. (Makes 2 servings)


  • 1-2 cups of leafy greens
  • 2 cups of frozen berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 cups of liquid [flaxseed milk or unsweetened (vanilla) almond milk]
  • 1 3 gram scoop of ShieldsUp!
  • 1 T hemp seeds
  • 1 T flax seeds
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt (optional)


  1. Toss leafy greens (spinach, kale, microgreens, endive, romaine, Swiss chard, collard greens, cabbage, watercress, romaine lettuce, or bok choy) into a blender.
  2. Add flaxseed milk or almond milk and blend well.
  3. Add berries, banana, hemp, flax, and ShieldsUp! Blend again until smooth.
  4. Adjust the consistency to your liking — add ice to thicken or add more liquid to thin it out.
  5. Pour your antivirus immune support smoothies into two glasses and enjoy!
